How should I enter pace?
Use minutes:seconds, such as 5:00. Seconds must be from 00 through 59.
Convert min/km, min/mile, km/h and mph in either direction.
1 mi = 1.609344 km exactly; speed = distance ÷ time. For pace in minutes per distance: km/h = 60 ÷ min/km and mph = 60 ÷ min/mi.
5:00 min/km = 8:02.8 min/mi, displayed as 8:03 min/mi when rounded to the nearest second; 12 km/h (about 7.46 mph).
Pace is entered as minutes:seconds with seconds below 60. Results convert units only; they do not prescribe training or predict race performance.
