How to Measure
Measure your child's foot length in centimeters from heel to longest toe while they're standing (feet are slightly longer when bearing weight), and add about 0.5–1 cm of growing room. Re-measure every few months, since children's feet grow quickly — faster than most parents replace shoes.
Notes
US and UK kids' sizes run on a separate numbering scale from adult sizes and reset when transitioning to adult sizing (around US kids' size 13 to adult size 1). EU sizing continues on the same centimeter-based scale without a reset, which is why the EU column doesn't show a discontinuity at the US/UK transition point.
